MANAGERS/HR/BUSINESS OWNERS

Mobbing victims, according to Davenport et al were usually "exceptional individuals ... who demonstrated intelligence, competence, creativity, integrity, accomplishment and dedication ... through their professional careers.   They were mostly ... emotionally intelligent."

Westhues found that professors who were mobbed tended to be "trusting, naive, politically inept, high achievers."
